These terms govern your use of getfedo.com and the fedo SDK ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Early access

fedo is currently in early access. The Service is provided as-is, without any uptime guarantees. Features may change, be added, or be removed before general availability.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. You must not share keys or use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Acceptable use

You may not use fedo to:

• Collect feedback from users without their knowledge
• Transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the fedo API
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service

Intellectual property

fedo and its associated branding are owned by fedo. Your feedback data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over content your users submit through the SDK.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fedo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
